About the Brochure:

Several years ago a wonderful lady named Joyce Munger spent her time creating a pamphlet that could be placed into the offices of oncologists and gynocologists. This pamphlet is very useful for informing patients about LMS.

Notation: When I was first diagnosed with LMS, my hometown gynocologist honestly told me he did not know anything about this disease; he also did not know how to pronounce it correctly and wrote Leiomyosarcoma out on a sheet of paper for me. It would have been so less frightening to have him hand me this pamphlet and tell me this is where you start in finding the answers you will need to fight this disease. Help us help others who will in the future receive this diagnosis. Copy this pamphlet and give it to your physician for future use with a patient.
